Enterprise Women VCs

As an enterprise investor at Array Ventures I am looking for other investors to follow our deals ie. Series A+ investors. Often our founders are asking for enterprise investors that are woman so I decided to gather a list I can share with entrepreneurs when they are raising their follow-on rounds. No excuses for there aren’t enough enterprise women investors! We have a really amazing list of women here. Most of them highly technical and have amazing exits under their belt! And just to keep it manageable we are only listing women/fund that can lead deals.

1) Jocelyn Goldfein, Zetta Venture Partners, Series A

Jocelyn is a total rockstar. She is a computer scientist and was head of mobile engineering at Facebook and VP Eng at VMware before she started angel investing and now a partner at Zetta Venture Partners. She is on the board of companies like Finite State, Opsani, and Promethium.

2) Dafina Toncheva, USVP, Series A++

As a computer scientist herself she has experience working at Microsoft and has been an investor in Cloudflare. She is currently an investor in InsideSales and Arkose Labs.

3) Vanessa Larco, NEA, Series A++

Vanessa is a computer scientist and comes with a experience at Box where she was the director of product management and Twilio where she worked on product strategy. She is currently an investor in EvidentID, OmniSci.

4) Anna Patterson, Gradient Ventures, Series A

With a Phd in computer science from UIUC, Anna was a VP of engineering at Google before she started Gradient Ventures. Google’s early stage AI fund. She is on board of companies like Algorithmia, Pull Request, and test.ai.

5) Maha Ibrahim, Canaan Partners, Series A & B

Maha is a partner at Canaan with investments in Unifi and Agile Stacks. Her companies have been acquired by VMware and Cisco in the past.

6) Joanne Chen, Foundation Capital, Series A & B

Also a computer scientist turned investor, Joanne started coding at 9 years old and worked at Cisco before switching to a career on wall street, then an LP advisory firm and now she is a partner at Foundation Capital. She is an investor in FoxEye, Mya Systems, and TubiTV.

7) Stacey Bishop, Scale Venture Partners, Series A & B

Stacey is a seasoned investor and worked in M&A at Bank of America before she joined enterprise firm Scale Venture Partners. Here are few of Stacey’s investments — Hubspot (NYSE: HUBS), Namely, Demandbase, and Lever

This is rare but it’s worth calling out Scale as it has had powerful women on the team from day one. One of the firm’s founder is woman — Kate Mitchell and Susan Liu is also a long term investor there on the team.

8) Sarah Guo, Greylock, Series A++

A versatile investor Sarah is an investor in Avi Networks (acq by VMware), Demisto (acq by Palo Alto Networks), and companies like Awake Security and Obsidian Security.

9) Karen Appleton, B Capital Partners, Series A++

Karen was an SVP at Box and a Senior Director at Apple before she started investing and now she is a new partner at B Capital where she has invested in Deputy.

10) Divanny Lamas, Sutter Hill Ventures, Series A++

Divanny is a computer scientist and new partner at Sutter Hill Ventures. She was previously a senior director at Splunk.

11) Preeti Rathi, Ignition Partners, Series A

A computer scientist who was investing at Opus Capital before she joined Ignition. She is an investor in enterprise companies like Trifacta and CrowdAI.

12) Priya Saiprasad, Mayfield Fund, Series A & B

Priya previously helped start M12 (Microsoft’s venture arm) and now a new partner at the Mayfield Fund.

13) Kanu Gulati, Khosla Ventures, Series A++

Kanu is an engineer and worked at Intel before she switched to investing at Zetta Venture Partners and most recently at Khosla Ventures. She is an investor in companies such as WaveOne and Analog Inference.

14) Naomi Ionita, Menlo Ventures, Series A & B

Naomi is another versatile investor that invests in enterprise and consumer. She is an engineer and worked at Invoice2go and management consulting before joining Menlo Ventures. She is an investor in ClearBrain and Fleetsmith.

15) Anna Khan, CRV, Series A & B

Anna is a new partner at CRV. Before that she was an investor at Bessemer where she was an investor in RainforestQA, Zylo, and ScaleFactor.

16) Rene Yang, Vista Endeavor Fund, Growth Equity

Rene worked at Yahoo! in the Corporate Finance Group focusing on M&A before she joined Vista. She now is Co-Head of the Vista Endeavor Fund and sits on the boards of Dispatch, Gather, Kazoo, RADAR, SecureLink, and Zapproved. Vista Endeavor Fund is worth listing here even though it’s not VC because they will look at companies with $7m+ ARR.

17) Pascale Diaine, Storm Ventures, Series A

Pascale is an engineer who used to run Orange Fab Accelerator before joining Storm Ventures. She is an investor in Sendoso and PassageAI

18) Kara Egan, Emergence Venture Partners, Series A & B

Kara is an engineer who worked at Zendesk before joining Emergence Capital. She is an investor in Top Hat, Upkeep, and Zinc

19) Cathy Gao, Sapphire Ventures, Series B+

Cathy is a new investor at Sapphire. Prior to Sapphire she was at AXA Venture Partners and Gusto.

20) Sheila Gulati, Tola Capital, Series A++

Sheila is a seasoned Microsoft executive that started Tola Capital to invest across all stages of enterprise companies.

21) Tiffany Luck, GGV, Series A & B

Tiffany was a banker and worked on the GitHub sale to Microsoft transaction. She is now an investor at GGV where she invested in Vic.ai and Workboard.
